This is an important document which you must consider carefully when choosing whether to use the Services at any time. This Agreement also highlights certain risks on using the Services.

Please do that before you hit Terminate Account link. Once you click on Terminate Account you won't be able to log into account anymore and all information left will be visible to other Members. In addition, when using particular Cosmopal services, you and Cosmopal shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms.

Bonus

Bonus is present in every Lane under different conditions. Even Basic Members are getting bonus in Comfort Lane. Comfort Lane is getting custom bonus daily which differs from standard bonus with Tokens. When transferred in some other Lane, Bonus changes into Tokens. Bonus can be used only for Advertising except in case described below can 1/3 be withdrawn as payout to Paypal or Alertpay.

Only Platinum Members can Transfer and/or withdraw the funds. Payouts are processed only from Comfort Lane and from Private Lanes in compliance with these Terms. Every Member signing for Cosmopal services agree to follow the Terms and do the deposits for Advertising only.

Member Manager qualifies when he/she accomplish to form at least 10 MM Applicants who refer each daily at least 10 active Members. Active Members are considered Members who upgraded and deposited a token or just deposited at least 3 tokens.

You agree that all information, communications, materials coming from Cosmopal are unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential and protected from any disclosure. Moreover, the information, communications and materials contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer, nor a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor to any person to whom it will be unlawful to make such offer or solicitation.

All the data given by a member to Cosmopal will be only privately used and not disclosed to any third parties. Cosmopal is not responsible or liable for any loss of data.

You agree to hold all principals and members harmless of any liability. You are depositing funds for Advertisement at your own risk and you agree that a past performance is not an explicit guarantee for the same future performance. You agree that all information, communications and materials you will find on this web-site are intended to be regarded as an informational and educational matter and not an investment or advertising advice.

We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of the program at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the members' interests. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the current Terms.

Cosmopal is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from any violation of the conditions and Terms and/or use of our web-site by a member. Cosmopal does not guarantee the time frame for benefits or benefits at all. You guarantee to Cosmopal that you will not use this web-site in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws.

We will not tolerate SPAM or any type of UCE in this program. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the program. You agree to not use the Cosmopal Service to:

Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights (Rights) of any party

Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as shopping rooms) that are designated for such purpose.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service. "Stalk" or otherwise harass another or collect or store personal data about other users. Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or harm minors in any way.

Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Cosmopal official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service.

Deposits are used strictly for Advertising and with good returns might gain benefits for Advertising which can be from 6% - 200% bigger than deposits. Bonuses are increased for Platinum Members; Basic Members are getting bonuses only in Comfort Lane and have to upgrade before using them. Deposits must be used in Advertising before bonuses activities can be processed. Members can advertise only regular sites; no illegal, adult or immoral sites are allowed. Who ever breaks the rules, loses the account without reimbursement. Every Member advertising here is fully aware that these funds must be deposited strictly with intention of advertising and not with intention of getting benefits.

Every Member is fully aware that benefits are not given by default and aren't necessary given to every deposit partially, in full or any benefits at all. Any Member with intentions of depositing funds just for benefits will get account immediately terminated. We are encouraging with benefits real Advertisers to advertise with us and won't allow any abuse. Every account with deposits unused over 180 days will lose all deposits. Account with advertising running is considered active account and safe from termination.

Cosmopal doesn't promise any time frames in which traffic or bonuses would be delivered. Bonuses might be delivered in 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year or not at all. There are many Members who deposit money and than do the charge back, of course such cases is hard to chase a Members to get it back from Paypal or Credit Card Company. When Members owe Company more than Company owes them Company won't pay out a bonus which is logical conclusion!

You must consider such risks and guidance when using Cosmopal.

Our Relationship with You.

Cosmopal is only a System Automatic Advertising and Bonus Provider. Cosmopal helps you make deposits to and accept bonuses from thru the System. Cosmopal is an independent contractor for all purposes, except that Cosmopal acts as your agent only with respect to the custody of your funds. Cosmopal does not have control of or liability for the quality or services that are paid for with our Service. We do not guarantee the identity of any User or ensure that a Advertiser or a Publisher will complete a transaction.

Your Privacy. Protecting your privacy is very important to Cosmopal. Please review our Privacy Policy in order to better understand our commitment to maintaining your privacy, as well as our use and disclosure of your Information.

Privacy of Others. If you receive Information about another Cosmopal User through the Service, you must keep the Information confidential and only use it in connection with the Service. You may not disclose or distribute a Cosmopal User's Information to a third party or use the Information for marketing purposes unless you receive the User's express consent to do so.

Intellectual Property. "Cosmopal.com", "Cosmopal", and all related logos, products and services described in our website are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Cosmopal or its licensors. You may not copy, imitate or use them without Cosmopal's prior written consent. In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of Cosmopal. You may not copy, imitate, or use them without our prior written consent. You may use HTML logos provided by Cosmopal through our Advertising services, other features or affiliate programs without prior written consent for the purpose of directing web traffic to the Service. You may not alter, modify or change these HTML logos in any way, use them in a manner that is disparaging to Cosmopal or the Service or display them in any manner that implies Cosmopal's sponsorship or endorsement.

Assignment. You may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations you have under this Agreement without Cosmopal's prior written consent. Cosmopal reserves the right to transfer or assign this Agreement or any right or obligation under this Agreement at any time.

Notices to You. You agree that Cosmopal may provide notice to you by posting it on our website, emailing it to the email address listed in your Account, or mailing it to the street address listed in your Account. Such notice shall be considered to be received by you within 24 hours of the time it is posted to our website or email to you unless we receive notice that the email was not delivered. If the notice is sent by mail, we will consider it to have been received by you three Business Days after it is sent. You may request a paper copy of any legally required disclosures and you may terminate your consent to receive required disclosures through electronic communications by contacting Cosmopal as described in section 1.7 below. Cosmopal will charge you a Records Request Fee (per section 8) to provide a paper copy. Cosmopal reserves the right to close your Account if you withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications.

Notices to Cosmopal. Except as otherwise stated notice to Cosmopal must be sent by intern messaging system to: Cosmopal ID 1002.

Transaction History. You may access your transaction history and Balance by logging into your Account and clicking on the DBI.

Regulation E Disclosures. Our commitments to you in this Agreement related to liability for unauthorized transactions, stop-payment rights and procedures, error resolution rights and procedures, Fees, contact information, our Business Days, limitations we may impose on transfers, and your rights to statements of your transaction history.

Calls to You. By Providing Cosmopal a telephone number (including a wireless/cellular telephone), you consent to receiving autodialed and prerecorded message calls from Cosmopal at that number.

Eligibility and Types of Accounts. Eligibility. To be eligible for our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States or one of the countries listed on the Cosmopal page. This Agreement applies to all Users.

Basic and Platinum Accounts. We offer three different types of Accounts: Basic and Platinum Accounts. You may hold as many Accounts as you want but for all are the same rules.

Identity Authentication. You authorize Cosmopal, directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries we consider necessary to validate your identity. This may include asking you for further information, requiring you to take steps to confirm ownership of your email address or financial instruments, ordering a credit report and verifying your Information against third party databases or through other sources.

3.7 Security Interest. To secure your performance of this Agreement, you grant to Cosmopal a lien on and security interest in your Account.

Withdrawing Money.
 

Bonus can be paid out just in case when Member brings another Member who makes a deposit for Advertising Campaign. 1/3 of the deposit made can be paid in such case to referee as payout in cash (check, Paypal, Alertpay). Both; referee and referral has to agree to that.

All deposits are done exclusively for purpose of advertising and bonuses can be used exclusively for advertising except in case explained above. 5% deposit generates 100% credit line for Advertising. All deposits are final and non refundable. All charge backs will cause account termination, money loss and legal consequences.

How to Withdraw Money. You may withdraw funds by electronically transferring them to your bank account, requesting a physical check through the mail, or using your Cosmopal Debit Card (eligible Users only). Generally, we will send checks only to Confirmed Addresses, unless you have a Verified Account. If you would like us to send a check to an address that does not meet these criteria, you must contact Customer Service and provide the documentation that we request to verify your association with the address. If you fail to cash a check within 90 Days of the date of issuance, funds will be lost.

Withdrawal Limits. Depending on the degree to which you have upgraded your Account, we may limit you to withdrawing certain amounts per month. You can view your withdrawal limit, if any, by logging into your Account and clicking on the "View Limits". In addition, we may delay withdrawals of large sums of money while we screen for risk.

Withdrawing Money in Multiple Currencies. If you have multiple currencies in your Balance, you will be able to choose from those when you withdraw funds, but the withdrawal will take place in your home currency. The Exchange Rate & Fees stated in section 8 of this Agreement will apply if you withdraw your Balance in a currency other than your primary currency.

Closing Your Account. How to Close Your Account. You may close your Account at any time by logging in to your Account, clicking on the “Profile” tab, clicking on the “Close Account” link, and then following the instructions. Upon Account closure, we will cancel any pending transactions and you will forfeit any Balances associated with Redemption Codes, unless otherwise legally prohibited. You must withdraw your Balance prior to closing your Account.

Limitations on Closing Your Account. You may not close your Account to evade an investigation. If you attempt to close your Account while we are conducting an investigation, we may hold your funds for up to 180 Days to protect Cosmopal or a third party against the risk of Reversals, Chargeback, Claims, fees, fines, penalties and other liability. You will remain liable for all obligations related to your Account even after the Account is closed.

Escheatment of Dormant Accounts. If you do not log in to your Account for two or more years, Cosmopal may close your Account and send the Balance to your primary address. If Cosmopal does not close your Account and the Account remains dormant, or if Cosmopal does close your Account but your primary address is incorrect, Cosmopal may be required to escheat your Balance to your state of residency. Cosmopal will determine your residency based on the state listed in your primary address. If your address is unknown or registered as a foreign country, your funds will be escheated to the state of Delaware. Where applicable, Cosmopal will send you a notice prior to escheating or closing your Account. If you fail to respond to this notice, your Balance will be escheated to the state. If you would like to claim your funds from the state, please contact your states Unclaimed Property Administrator.

Members who will ignore the Terms will be penalized with fines and delayed payouts. Always is counted the highest amount in time frame of conflict.

Only Platinum Members can withdraw payouts out of Cosmopal.com under upgrade conditions described above in these Terms.

Paypal, Credit Card and every other online payment tool causes 180 days withdrawal lock up out of the TAB. Safety precaution from Members who withdraw the bonuses and do the charge backs on payments. Wires, direct deposits, cashiers checks, ACH are the tolls you want to use if you don't want a lockup on the account.

Every Member who is paying with any online tools or credit card where can be done a charge back will be locked with account for 180 days to make sure that charge back right expired. Members who succeed to do the charge back after withdrawing the bonus will be prosecuted and penalized.

Every Member participating in Ad Campaign (s) with deposits must know that bonus can be also deducted from Member's debt and can be withheld as long as total credit line is not used. If Ad funds are transferred to other account bonuses are lost.

Free token is meant to test the system and than upgrade. System is created for Members who obey the rules to earn money without problems and delays, everybody else must go by the rules.

Cosmopal reserves the right to accept or decline any member for membership without explanation.

Every Member must first test the system with a Free Token to see how it works!

If you do not agree with the above disclaimer, please do not go any further, do not join Cosmopal . Remember you are agreeing with these Terms each time you log into your account.


Every wrong accusation, insult, verbal or physical attack to any of our Members or coworkers will cause immediate termination of Account. We won't tolerate verbal or any other abuse of our community. Owners of terminated account won't even get any explanation.

Members Publishers will get transfers owed amounts from ignorant Members Advertisers direct from Advertisers to their accounts. If Member Advertiser has funds in Mercury Lane Member Publisher will get owed amount from this Advertiser to Mercury Lane. Same goes with any other Lane.

Member Advertiser has to take about his/her debts before he/she can withdraw his/her funds from bonuses. If Advertiser is ignoring particular Publishers, he/she must explain why and have a good reason – proof, otherwise funds from Advertiser's bonuses will be transferred to cover his/her debts. Cosmopal interference costs 3% of the Amount owed.

Publishers will be able to earn from own clicks and 5% from their referral's clicks down to 10th Level. Advertisers pay Publishers direct to Alertpay, Paypal, Bank Account or any other legal way.

Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are paid out exclusively from Private Lanes. Funds must be transferred from Comfort, Mercury and/or Fast Lane only on selected dates and than Private Lane TABs must be set on Automatic.

Charge Backs

Every Member who does the chargeback from Cosmopal and/or any Processor will lose immediately all funds and all accounts at Cosmopal. Chargeback done after Member already used the services is considered as stealing.

Deposits higher than $100.00 can not be paid by Paypal. Alertpay can be used for amounts $100.00 - $300.00. Deposits higher than $300.00 must be wired to Cosmopal. Every Member who paid with Paypal upgrade, deposit, expiration security or transfer fee can get withdrawal 45 days after last payment. There are too many fraudulent activities connected using Paypal and many Members used them. Multiple single payments below $100.00 with Paypal can be done every 5 days each. Members should do 1 payment with instead of several small payments with Paypal.
